1. The Mole in the Wall

Every night something tunnels fresh holes through the deep pens — and leaves the choicest runite ore stacked neatly at the entrance. "That's Rocky," the Wildwarden says. "A digger like no other. Show him a real runite haul and he'll start leaving you his shards in thanks."

2. Proof in the Pour

"Rocky respects a warden who finishes what they dig," Bram says. "Smelt the runite down to bars. A mole knows the difference between a digger and a hoarder."

3. A Burrow Full of Friends

Rocky peers out, unimpressed by a warden travelling light. "He likes a full burrow," the Wildwarden says. "Bring your other companions up first." Level your pets to 20.

Objectives

  • Reach Pets level 20

4. The Adamant Seam

Rocky scratches a map in the dirt — a seam of adamantite, deeper than the pens go. "He's testing whether you'll follow him down," the Wildwarden says. "Dig it out."

5. Shoring the Tunnels

The deep dig needs bracing or it caves. "Redwood — it doesn't rot underground," Bram says. "Fell a load to shore Rocky's tunnels. He'll notice you looking after his roof."

Objectives

Rewards

6. Coal for the Deep Forge

Rocky leads you to a forge-pit at the tunnel's end, cold and waiting. "Feed it," the Wildwarden says. "A mole likes a warm burrow. Bring coal — a lot of it."

7. Rocky the Mole

At the deepest reach you strike a vein of pure runite together, and Rocky chitters with joy, scrambling up to ride in your pack. He's adopted you. "He's a keeper, that one," the Wildwarden grins. "That's the last of his shards. Bond him in the Pets panel and the deep vale will never hold a secret from you again."
