Patreon and Pet Pass
DragonScape Idle is free, and no skill, quest, dungeon or item is locked behind a payment. Two things sit on top of that: the supporter tiers, which raise your daily gems, and the Pet Pass, which gives a free Pet Box every day. This page covers both.
The daily claim
Every signed-in player can claim gems once a day in Shop → Daily. The tab appears at total level 200. Joining the Discord server or Patreon raises the amount. Only your highest tier counts: the tiers do not add up.

- The claim resets at 00:00 UTC. A missed day is not paid later.
- One-time bonus: 500 gems the first time you connect a Discord membership, and 500 more the first time you connect a Patreon membership.
- Moving up the same day: if you connect an account or pledge after you have claimed, you can claim again that day for the difference.
- Server booster bonus: while you boost the Discord server, every daily claim pays 25 gems more, on top of your tier. It stops the day the boost ends. A boost started after today's claim counts from tomorrow.
Patreon
Patreon is how to support the game's development. There are 4 tiers, and the free membership already counts.

How to connect it
- Join on Patreon.
- Sign in to the game. The daily claim needs an account.
- Open Shop → Daily and connect Patreon there.
- Claim. The game checks your membership on every claim, so a new pledge or a changed tier is picked up on its own.
The same tab connects Discord, which is free and pays 25 gems a day on its own.

Pet Pass
The Pet Pass gives one free Pet Box every day. A Pet Box normally costs 500 gems and holds one pet roll with 2 to 8 shards.
- Price: a one-time $9.99 that lasts forever. Right now it is free to activate, and stays free until the global launch.
- Where: Shop → Daily. The pass and its daily box both sit on that tab.
- Needs: the Pets skill. Unlocked in Episode V by the quest chain The Wildwarden's Gate.
- The box resets at 00:00 UTC. Claim it every day: an unclaimed box is not saved up.
- It does not open a pet slot. The second and third mission slots cost 2,000 and 4,000 gems.
Is it worth it?
- The free daily claim alone is 300 gems in 30 days. Joining Discord, which costs nothing, makes it 750.
- The top tier, Early Founder, pays 15,000 gems in 30 days.
- One Pet Box a day from the Pet Pass is worth 15,000 gems of boxes in 30 days.
